I thought it would be easy. WHEN I GROW UP I WANT TO BE USEFUL AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE SOCIETEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY(((: I'm not quite sure how, but i want to help people around me :D I want to make the world a better happier place. Well, isn't that the whole point of school anyway! You go to school to learn new things and to be a better person so when we grow up we will do useful things that will contribute to the worlddddd. (: and then everyone will be happy! YAY. If only. ANYWAY. Enlightenment of the day! Leadership is all about influence. Its not about being able to do things but being able to speak into the lives of the people. Leadership is all about building relationship in the right way and having a positive voice in the lives of the people under you. Leadership is not about getting people to do what you want them to do. It is about SERVING the people. And hence, i conclude i am not the most ultimate fail and i believe in my way of leading(: I believe in myself and i hope you believe in me too. I tried to be perfect, but nothing was worth it 3:50 AM
