dang dang daaaaaaang . okay damn , people are misunderstanding what im trying to say . I DID NOT SAY I DISAGREE THAT MUSCLES WEIGH MORE THAN FATS WHEN THEY ARE EQUAL IN VOLUME . dammit . its like common sense that muscles weigh more than fat when they are equal in volume because muscles are denser . you will need say , 2 units of muscles (or more or whatever) to make up the same volume as one unit of fat . what im saying is 1kg of fats is still equal to 1kg of muscles . like wtf thats common sense . and i think when people hear that muscles are heavier than fats , they think that 1kg of muscles = 0.5kg of fats or something . daaaaaaang . i dont know how to freaking explain what im trying to tell . but what i think and want to tell jervenne is that you dont get heavier when you do alot of weights . you will look slimmer but still weigh the same because your fats have turned into muscles and you dont grow fatter or heavier or something . and i think its not just people misunderstanding me , i also dont really get what they're talking about . TERM TWOOOOOOOOO . hur , its term 2 . danggggg . so damn fast caaan . sucks sucks sucks . OH and we swapped seaats todaay . HAHA , im still at the front , so yea . HAHA . like , everyone was fighting for the front seats because i was at the front , i know i know . they just love me too much . HAHA . no la . haha , i can be a little bit too ego soemtimes. OOOOO , GUESS WHO I GOT FOR MY TABLE PARTNER ! sadly , its not jervenne . she was dying to sit with me laa . HAHA . she sits 2 rows away ): man , she misses me so much . irene's quite near , so is natalie . Jervenne's miles awaaaaaaaay ): . anyways , back to my table partner . HAHAHA . I GOT ELFAAAAAAAAA . HAHAH . she quite quiet laa . i think she's not used to me yet . SOON , SOON . she will be noisy . haha . then then then . jiaqi sits in front of me , xinting sits beside jiaqi, gerry sits behind me and weiqing sits beside gerry . MUSCLES DO NOT WEIGH MORE THAN FAT , I AM TELLING YOU . NOBODY LISTENS WHEN I SAY MUSCLES WEIGH THE SAME AS FATS . ITS A DAMN MYTH OKAY . 1kg of iron weighs the same as 1kg of feathers . so 1kg of muscle still weighs the same as 1kg of fats no matter how many million times you try and weigh it . fats are , um . bulky . so , if you have 1kg of fats you'll look "bulkier" than having 1kg of muscle. because a pile of 1kg fat will take up more space, more volume than 1kg of , of , muscle . what im trying to say is , muscles do not weigh more than fat in terms of MASS . it only weighs more than fat in terms of VOLUME . (because it is denser and needs more spaaaaace ) um , like say , this person A weighs 50kg and has 10% of fats , A will look thinner than person B who also weighs 50kg but has 100% of fats . A and B weigh the same , but they look different (difference in composition). This is because muscles are denser than fats , therefore , the person with more muscle and less fat will look smaller . so if you do like , alot of weights or exercise alot or whatever , your body weight might not become lesser , but you will look leaner because your damn fats has turned into muscles and muscles are less bulky compared to fats . HELLOOO EVERYONE . I AM BACK . hahha . miss meee ? :D Learning journey was ffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun ! haha . let me try and like tell my grandma story , that might probably just make you fall asleep . haha ! 11th March MY FEVER'S GONE OVERNIGHT . i was FREAKING happy ! but my body was still aching . but hey , i dont care . i was freaking excited about LJ :D then i went to school and pack and stuff . haha . and i took the bus with all my barang barangs . not alot , so not as paiseh as i thought it would be :D . then i was one of the firsts to reach school ! then i realised irene was behind me . HAHAHHA . we got the white cards from mrs lim , then we went to the area near the flag pole to assemble and wait for the others . then they come and they come and they come . then . everyone came but Jervenne and phylliz and venus . HAHAH . everyone was like waiting for them laaaa . they came la , EVENTUALLY . haha . then we boarded the bus . then i sat with natalie , irene sat with jervenne , jervenne sat with natalie . haha . actually , we were sitting in a row . HAHA . then we crap and we talk and we crap and we sing and we siao . we got off the first bus and went to the Sg custom to depart then boarded another bus . then we reached the malaysia custom , then we went to YongPeng . if im not wrong . then i couldnt find me wallet . LOL . i left it in the first bus ): . i was FREAKING sad . i was almost crying . Ms Chua lent me 200 ringgit . but i didnt want to spend it cos it was ms chua's . umm . then . we got back up the bus and headed for the Kampong . we had some food and they welcomed us and they divided us into groups . YOU KNOW I WAS SO SADDDD . because they seperated me from irene,jervenne and natalie . so . i was very sad . but then ya . i grouped with gerry . i thought it'd be okay , then we had 2 girls from 2O . suneta and um . Huda . ya . weird people they are . gerry was very sad having to seperate from the others as well . then we went to our host family's house . for lunch and left our stuffs there . then we headed for the touring around . went to see oil palm , palm tree , palm fruit , pineapple , sugar thing . ya . the truck rides were FUN ! haha . Liyana , Nithya , Sarcthy , Hema , Aishwaria , Vinodini , Elfa , Sarah , Gerry , Julia , everyone were like NICE and FUNNY and we all SANG . HAHA . fun fun fun . made me forget about my sadness . hahhaha . then we went back home and it rained . D: everyone emo-ed that night ): 12 March woke up at um . 5.30 hahahha . or maybe later i dont remember . im freaking sleepy . changed and lalala , had breakfast and left the house at 8am . (LATE!) haha . AND MS CHUA TOLD ME THEY FOUND MY WALLET BUT I CAN ONLY COLLECT IT WHEN IM BACK IN SINGAPOR E. so i shall spend now and think about it later . HAHA . boarded the bus , we went to the river there . no , we went to some shop to buy local goods . bought alot of stuffs home for my family ! haha . :D then we went to .. the river ! took the boat and went down the sungei something . the river parameswara took . haha . fun fun fun ! took some photos . got off the boat and thought i was freeaking stupid to emo last night so i was suddenly on sugar rush . haha . i forgot whether we went to the river first or shop first . haha . then we went to the chief's house and did some traditional stuffs . weaving ketupats , baskets , play congkak, play with top . ketupat . i think im hopeless . its my 2nd time trying to learn and i can never get it ): im sad ! D: I ALMOST DID IT OKAAY . I WAS LIKE , IM ALMOST THERE , ALMOST . and it ended up in an ugly knot ): IM SAD ! but i dont really care la . HAHA . then went back to host house . and we were very high . haha . NO went to Blossom's house first . THERE WERE CHICKENS OVER THERE AND I TOTALLY FREAKED OUT . and lucky blossom didnt take a video then . i would have died of embarrasment . haha . OH I DIDNT TELL YOU ABOUT MY HOST HOUSE . THERE WERENT ANY CHICKENS I WAS FREAKING HAPPY . AND THERE WERE COWS ! :D hohoho . ya . then , we went back to host house . talk talk , bathe bathe , eat eat , talk talk , sing sing , siao siao . fell asleep . wasnt suppose to sleep cos it was the eve of gerry's birthday . but i was tired . so sorry gerry . but i set an alarm using HER phone, at like , 12 midnight to wish her a happy birthday in case i fell asleep . HAHA and that woke her up . haha . nice friend , i know . 13th March Gerry's birthdaaay ! HAHA . i woke up at 5.17 am and wished gerry a sleepy happy birthday . i was freaking tired and i had a hard time waking up . hur . changed , packed , leave at 6.50am . HAH .actually , i said bye , then i left . oh well . then . ya . hahhhaa . then hey , i wasnt they latest . hahahha .everybody came ON TIME . not really . hahha . we were late la . then we got onto the bus , headed for Sekolah Tun Fatimah . THEIR SCHOOL DAMN COOL I TELL YOU . DAMN NICE , DAMN BIG , DAMN NICE . haha . the people also very nice. their band very cute la HAHA . i like their school ! then we took some photos , exchanged contact , WE LEFT FOR THE MALL . OMGOMGOMG . ahha . we were like freaking excited . cos we wanted to go on some shopping spree . haha . we walked in like circles . I SAW THIS DONUT SHOP AND I CHIONGED TO IT . HAHAHA . damn fun la . then we bought some stuffs for our family and ourselves . then we go arcade play awhile . waste time LA . haha . then walk buy walk buy . IRENE LIKE BUY ALOT BUT SPEND and spend like what 100 plus RM . i buy like not alot , then spend 200 RM . HAHAHHA . i think i rock . haha . jervenne and natalie never really buy alot la . haha . then the way back was the best laaa . we were eating and crapping and were FREAKING NOISY . and i started singing some weird song i came up with . then we started to sing PROPER SONGS . haha . fun fun . then i went around "excuse me"-ing . and taking pictures . haha . fun fun . the hongkong girls DAMN CUTE I TELL YOU . they very funny . haha . then im too tired to type out anymore . hahahah . Tired hello people . haha . i am tired and sianified . seriously SIANED . so , ya . sianed . i feel like , im missing out alot and i havent done a lot of things . i feel sick of school . and i want me sleep . D: i dont think i'll be waking up each morning going to school if it wasnt for Jervenne , Natalie and Irene laa . and also the fact that school is actually compulsary . but really . school will be hell without them around . they're like the best buds you can ever find . they just have all the elements of a best friend . haha . they're super nice and supportive and not to mention crazy and noisy . haha . nevertheless , i love them to the max :D . i've been thinking about taking up life saving . like , thinking again . i really LOVE to swim , but im afraid i cant cope . swimming with a team, taking part in a swimming competition has always been like , one of my dreams . dreams that natalie thinks will never come true . haha . now im actually given the chance to take up life saving , yet i dont know what to do . my first reaction was "OMG SO COOL . I WANT I WANTTTT " . but to think long term , i might not having enough time for it . and , i dont want to screw up my life . i love throwing , i love swimming . i dont know what to do . TESTS ARE OVER ! haha . omgomgomg tests are like over laaaa . im haaapppyyy . :D im lazy to type so i shall copy and paste from my FB notes . :D yaaaaaaaaay . tests over tests over , tests are OVER . haha . i screwed up my monday , tuesday and a little bit of today , but i dont really bother anymore . im sleeeeeeeepy and i havent studied my ting xie for tmr . haha . hahaha . and i still think Jervenne , Irene and Natalie rocks like , ya rocks . hahah . they're like the bestest friends/classmates/teammates/groupmates/recess buddies . hahaha . i think they're like the best la . though im mostly the one spoiling the fun , but they still rock haha . they can always make me laugh and they're the best . hahahha . so i love them ! :D haha . went swimming with Nicole, YenYin , Jervenne , ZhiXuan, Samantha and Lisa todaaaay ! very fun . haha . we played catching and it was freaking tiring laa . haha . then we played garfield and i have no idea why its called garfield since its not even related . but , yes fun . then we played truth or dare ! HAHA SO FUN . NICOLE SO FUNNY CAAAAN . haha . she dared like twice . and what she did was hilarious . i love throwersss ;D i think they rock tooooo . :D haha . lets hope tmr will get better (: 7:40 PM
